Your vote is important to us. We encourage you to read the Circular and vote before the meeting.
If you are a registered shareholder, you either hold a paper share certificate in your name or your shares are held through the direct registration system. To vote your shares, please click the link in the "Vote Now" section at the bottom of this page. You will need a 13-digit control number, which can be found on your proxy form. If you did not receive a proxy form, you can obtain your control number by calling TSX Trust at the number provided below. Please do not complete the proxy form linked below.
If you are a non-registered (beneficial) shareholder, your shares are registered in the name of an intermediary, such as a bank, broker, or trust company. To vote your shares, please refer to the "Vote Now" section at the bottom of this page. You will need a 16-digit control number, which can be found on your voting instruction form. If you did not receive a voting instruction form with a control number, please contact your intermediary (your bank, broker, or trust company). Please do not complete the proxy form linked below.
Registered shareholders wishing to vote during the meeting via the live webcast must use the 13-digit control number printed on their proxy form. If you did not receive a proxy form, please obtain a control number by calling TSX Trust at the number below before 1:00 p.m. (EDT) on Tuesday, April 14, 2026.
If you intend to vote during the live webcast, do not complete or return your proxy form, as you will be able to vote in real time. For those planning to vote in person at CIBC Square, bring your proxy form and check in at the registration table.
If you wish to appoint someone else as your proxyholder, write their name in the designated space on your proxy form and return it online, by fax, or by mail as instructed on the form. You may leave the voting section blank or provide specific voting instructions for your proxyholder to follow. If your proxyholder will attend the meeting via the live webcast, you must register them by calling TSX Trust to obtain a new control number before 1:00 p.m. (EDT) on Tuesday, April 14, 2026. Without this registration, your proxyholder will not receive a control number needed to vote during the meeting. If attending in person, they must register at the registration table upon arrival.
Non-registered shareholders who wish to vote during the meeting (in person or through the live webcast) must first appoint themselves as proxyholders. To do this, write your name in the designated space on your voting instruction form and return it online or by mail as instructed on the form. If you are appointing yourself as proxyholder, and intend to vote during the meeting, do not complete the voting section.
To vote in person at CIBC Square, check in at the registration table before the meeting.
If you prefer to vote through the live webcast and have not appointed someone else as your proxyholder, you do not need to write a name on the voting instruction form. If you wish to appoint someone else as your proxyholder to vote through the live webcast, write that person's name in the space provided on your voting instruction form and return it online or by mail as described on the form. You may leave the voting section blank or provide specific instructions for your proxyholder to follow.
To vote through the live webcast, you must register yourself or your proxyholder by calling TSX Trust at the number below to obtain a new control number before 1:00 p.m. (EDT) on Tuesday, April 14, 2026. Please note that the control number from your intermediary will not allow you to vote through the live webcast. If these steps are not followed, you or your appointed proxyholder will not be able to vote during the meeting, but you can still participate as a guest.
Call TSX Trust at 1 866 751-6315 (toll-free in Canada and the United States) or 1 416 682-3860 (other countries) to register as a proxyholder and arrange for a control number to be issued.
